Return Policy
At Caroline Toronto Boutique, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, it is possible that you may wish to return a product. In this document, we clearly explain our return policy.
Return Conditions
- You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.
- Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
- Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not.
- Returning items that were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the purpose of partially returning them is not permitted.
Return Process
- Submit your return request via info@carolinetorontoboutique.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
- You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).
- Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable customs fees or shipping costs.
- We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking.
Refunds
Once the item has been received at the return address and approved upon inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability
- We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
- Providing an incorrect address is the responsibility of the customer.
- Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
